Nutrition & Food Book Reviews
Every year scores of new food, nutrition and diet books are published. And it seems that this year's advice totally contradicts last year's "facts." It's hard to know what to believe.

Good Food Books wants to help, by reviewing and recommending the best food and nutrition books on the market. If you find a book you like, special links to Amazon.com make it easy to learn more or purchase the book.

Our Choice of Books
This website started with some of our longtime favorite books. It grows sporadically, as new books come under our radar. We also welcome recommendations from you. If you've recently read or heard about an interesting food-related book, email us your suggestion—with or without your own comments on the contents. (If you do comment, I'll post your comments along with my eventual review!)

The Ratings
I read nutrition and food books voraciously, but only a chosen few get reviewed on this website. As a result, the rating scores tend to be high, generally between 3 and 5 on a scale of five. I'm not a pushover or a softy when it comes to grading; you just won't see lower-scoring books here because I don't want to waste your time or mine.
